In today's fast-paced world, mental health has become a critical concern, with stress being a significant contributing factor. This paper explores various strategies for stress management and well-being, emphasizing the importance of prioritizing mental health. Additionally, evidence-based strategies for promoting mental well-being are discussed, including mindfulness practices, social support networks and self-care routines.
