A contributing factor to this is the ease of information access across online platforms and Zillow.com is a prime example of how to capitalize on social media to increase traffic and interest in available properties. The use of analytics allows them and other real estate agencies to use the data received to target customers and also provide users with data visualization to help them in their search.
